Hello, guys. How are you? Recently made a small walk around most of parts of Macau GP Guia circuit, was interesting to compare everyday real road to the track we have and can really enjoy in Raceroom racing simulator. As well, added comparison with AC. Its conversion of the treack, but visually look a bit different due to game Assetto Corsa specifics. Well, i can say, it is really close. #makemacaupopularinsimracing
Please note, that track presented in Raceroom and thereafter in AC is ~~2012-2014 irl based. Layout have not changed since then, but surroundings changed a bit.
There is no comparison after Melco hairpin, so it is 80% completed. As the reference in corners i use this map
it will be here around 40 collages of comparison. Lets go!

So, here we go from the start. We start with three photos of only REAL-RACEROOM comparison of track in racing condition. Real life reference photos were taken by me on Macau 2023 Gran Prix weekend. GT3 are featured here.

Melco Hairpin – Turn 20.
Probably the slowest turn in the world. And defenetely requires lot of skills to make it correct and fast.
The Melco Hairpin is located where the former Macau Electric Company (abbreviated to “Melco”) was housed. The original building was demolished making way for today’s CEM (Companhia de Electricidade de Macau) building.
“It is an incredibly tight downhill 180degree hairpin which, if you enter too quickly, can strand you on the outside left hand wall. Cars have been known to “back and fill” to get around. I approach it downhill at around 170kmh in either category of car using either third or fourth gear and brake earlier in the GT. Both cars will apex in first gear.” – Felix Rosenqvist.
